  1. 1 Banana (small)
  2. 2 leafs Kale (or dinosaur Kale)
  3. 1/3 cup (<1 dl) Sea Buckthorn berries
  4. 1 tbsp Coconut butter
  5. 1 tsp Wheatgrass powder
  6. 1 cup (2,5 dl) Kombucha
  7. (honey)
  1. Blend all ingredients into a smoothie in a blender. Add ice, if you like your smoothie chilled. Or better yet, use frozen bananas and berries, so that you won't water down the smoothie with ice.
